Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. Originally, the group of people called PILGRIM FATHERS came to America on a ship called MAYFLOWER . It was winter and they were hungry. INDIANS gave them food and helped them to survive. The typical Thankgiving dinner is ROAST TURKEY.
